Rachel - Practice Manager of Operations

Rachel has been in the dental field for more than 15 years. She began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant before making her way up to the front office. Working in the dental field became important to her after her brother received a smile makeover, and she saw how much having his teeth restored changed his life, gave him confidence, and created a huge impact on his life. Rachel supports Dr. Frahm, Dr. McCarter, and the team at North Hill Dentistry in training, compliance, and development. The team relies on Rachel for assistance in marketing, and technology and always being their cheerleader. As a local of the PNW, Rachel enjoys taking her corgi, Olive, for walks, exploring new coffee shops, restaurants, and photography.

Stephanie - Registered Dental Hygienist

A graduate of 2020 from EWU, Stephanie has been with North Hill Dentistry since 2020. She became a dental hygienist because she wanted to make a difference in patients' lives through excellent care. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Originally from Ephrata, she enjoys snowboarding, spending time with friends, camping, volleyball, and trying new restaurants. You will see Stephanie for routine cleaning, Scaling and Root Planing, x-rays, and education on how to best care for your smile between visits.

Tami- Certified Dental Assistant -D.A.N.B.

Tami has been in the dental field since 1998, as a certified dental assistant and graduate of Lake Washington Technical College and Dental Assistant National Board. Tami became interested in dentistry due to many family members in the field. She enjoys building relationships with patients and is great at helping them feel comfortable and enjoy their visit. Tami is a valuable member of the North Hill team, assisting both the doctors and the hygiene team. She loves being a grandma and spending time with family at the beach in North Carolina. When not working, Tami enjoys spending time at home with her husband and cats.

Jenny – Registered Dental Assistant

Jenny has been in dentistry since 1998 and became interested in the field due to her love for helping people and making connections with patients. As a graduate of Apolo College, she has a depth of knowledge of many dental procedures such as Invisalign, restorative dentistry, implant placement, oral surgery, and root canals. Jenny enjoys gardening, reading, spending time with her family and grandkids. Jenny is to thank you for all the beautiful plants many of our patients enjoy in our office. She is gracious to lend her expertise in caring for many exotic and interesting plants you will see around North Hill.

Lee- Lead Business Assistant

As a registered dental assistant, Lee is well versed in front office and back-office terminology, procedures and expectations. She made the leap into front office in 2022 and has since been a staple in our office for all patients and team members. Lee is eager to help patients with insurance, billing, scheduling, and what to expect on your visit day. A mom of 2 and soon to be Grandma, Lee loves to spend time with her family, exploring the outdoors, paddleboarding and you can catch her in the pool all summer long.

Sarah-Registered Dental Hygienist

A graduate of EWU in 2016, Sarah has been with North Hill Dentistry since 2021. She wanted to become a Dental Hygienist because of the relationships with patients and providing great care to them. She enjoys baking, scrapbooking, hiking, crafts, and classic cars. Sarah is local to Spokane, and enjoys the area and all it has to offer. Sarah is married and is a big animal lover, she has 1 dog and 4 cats. You will see Sarah for routine cleaning, Scaling and Root planning, x-rays, and education on how to best care for your smile between visits.

Jessica - Registered Hygienist

A graduate of Eastern Dental Hygiene program, Jessica has been in the field since 2022. Dentistry interested her as she wanted to build relationships with her patients and see then from start to finish for their care. Jessica enjoys hiking, spending time at the lake, traveling and trying new restaurants. As a Spokane local, she grew up here and enjoys all that the area has to offer. As a patient of North Hill Dentistry, you will see Jessica for routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, x-rays and oral heath education and home care instructions.

Tonia - Business Assistant

Tonia has been in the dental field since she was 19 years old. She started as a Registered Dental Assistant and moved into front office after 4 years of clinical experience. Tonia enjoys working with patients to get them scheduled, understand their insurance benefits and correspondence between North Hill and our referring offices. When not at work, Tonia enjoys quilting and gardening. She grew up in North West Washington, before moving to Spokane in 2020. As a patient at North Hill, you will work with Tonia on treatment plan questions, insurance benefits and all things scheduling.
